Own the architecture of our multi-agent platform. You'll define how agents are decomposed, how they coordinate, and how the orchestration and state layers scale safely.

Responsibilities: - Design the orchestration and state architecture for multi-agent workflows - Set standards for observability, safety, and developer experience - Mentor agent engineers and guide model selection/routing

You bring: - 8+ years building distributed systems - Experience designing AI/agent platforms at scale - A strong point of view on agent safety and guardrails
