Finance Manager Salary range: €65,000-90,000/annum You'll be building the accounting function for a bootstrapped business that's scaled fast and stayed profitable the whole way, almost from scratch. You'll own it end to end: bring bookkeeping and VAT compliance in-house and into DATEV, then automate it down to the minimum it needs to be. Bookkeeping is where you start, not where you stay. The goal is a clean, well-documented function that runs itself, so you can spend most of your time on group reporting, consolidation, and the finance work that actually moves the business forward.
