Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our our teams across Europe. Reporting to the TA Director, you will join a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners across Berlin and London, covering every market and every role up to C-suite. Your responsibilities Sourcing, screening & managing candidates - identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience. Business Partnering - Own full-cycle hiring for your vertical end to end, from sourcing through offer, across Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. Work directly with the leadership and hiring managers on all their hiring needs. Develop deep understanding of the businesses you support to help them make better hiring decisions, not just fill vacancies. Process improvement - Identify opportunities to reduce friction points across the interview process and the candidate journey, and implement experiments and improvements.
