The position can be covered fully remotely from the UK.</p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p><strong>The Principal Innovation Business Analyst</strong> serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, clinical teams, Innovation, and technology partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions. This role combines clinical research knowledge with strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. The successful candidate will work with business teams to understand workflows and challenges, gather and document requirements, support implementation activities, coordinate testing and user feedback, and help drive adoption of new technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions. The Principal Innovation Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and supported by effective documentation, training, governance, and change management practices.
