Your Tasks Development of social-first campaign ideas, creative platforms and innovative content concepts for different brands and audiences. Creation of platform-native storytelling approaches and creative formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Development of culturally relevant communication ideas with a strong understanding of communities, trends and digital platform dynamics. Creation and refinement of creative concepts, presentations and campaign approaches from ideation to execution. Development of always-on content concepts, social series and real-time communication ideas. Support during pitches, workshops and the development of new communication and content approaches. Identification of creative opportunities and challenges and proactive development of strong and relevant solutions. Monitoring of cultural, societal and technological developments and translating them into relevant creative ideas. About You You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital culture and online communities. You possess outstanding conceptual skills with a strong focus on social-first communication and digital campaigns. You develop strong creative ideas, storytelling approaches and platform-native content formats.
